The Institution was established at Borivli, a suburb of Mumbai in the year 2003 by Dr. Anand sir (Dr. Dayanand Vasudev Rane) who now functions as Chairman of the institution. Dr. Anand Sir has delivered various lectures on Vaidic Vastu-Shastra and Dowsing at many temporary centers like Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh etc.
